WhatsApp Business Intelligence Assistant
Overview
Organizations often depend on analysts to generate sales reports and answer repetitive business queries, causing delays in decision-making. To solve this, I developed a WhatsApp-based Business Intelligence Assistant that provides instant access to key business metrics directly through chat.
The solution enables stakeholders to retrieve real-time insights such as Month-to-Date (MTD) sales, cancellations, top-performing products, top categories, and city-wise performance without opening dashboards or requesting manual reports.
Built using n8n and PostgreSQL, the system processes user queries, fetches relevant business data, and returns structured insights within seconds through WhatsApp.
