I just launch a project I'm genuinely proud of ✨
I built a 7-page WordPress website for Ohiomomoh Restorative Initiative (ORI) - a Nigerian nonprofit committed to empowering girl-children through education and vulnerable women through vocational skill acquisition and capital resources.
ORI is already on the ground doing real work: funding school fees, enrolling out-of-school girls through SS3, and giving women the capital and training to build income they own.
But without a professional website, their story wasn't reaching the donors and partners they needed to grow.
My job was to fix that.
What I built includes:
• Impact-led homepage with live program counters
• Founder's personal story and mission front and centre
• Dedicated program pages for Girl-Child Education & Women Empowerment
• Donor-ready Get Involved page for volunteer, donor and partners
• Mobile-first, SEO-optimized, WhatsApp integrated
• Prototyped in Lovable and Live Built with WordPress using Elementor
⏱️ Timeline: 11 days, from start to launch.

Trinity Habitat for Humanity

Designing a nonprofit website that feels as inspiring as the mission it serves.
Project Description
Trinity Habitat for Humanity is transforming lives through affordable homeownership, but its website needed to do more than provide information—it needed to inspire action. The goal was to create a modern, mission-driven website that helps visitors quickly understand the organization's impact, choose the right path (donate, volunteer, apply, or shop), and connect emotionally through powerful homeowner stories.
The design emphasizes clean typography, generous whitespace, and a clear visual hierarchy to create an experience that feels polished, trustworthy, and welcoming while making information easy to navigate.
Finish Layer Tools
Block Animations
Subtle animations were added throughout the homepage to guide visitors through the content. The primary call-to-action icons animate into view to highlight key pathways, while animated graphic shapes behind featured imagery add depth and reinforce the people and stories at the heart of Trinity Habitat's mission.
Block Transforms
Used subtle transforms to create layered, editorial-inspired layouts while maintaining readability and visual balance.
Stacks
Grouped content into cohesive sections to maintain consistent spacing, alignment, and responsive behavior across every screen size.
Key Design Decisions
- Large photography creates an immediate emotional connection.
- Primary calls to action are visible above the fold.
- Homeowner stories are featured throughout the homepage to build trust and demonstrate real community impact.
- Clear navigation helps visitors quickly find the information most relevant to them, whether they're looking to donate, volunteer, apply for a home, or learn more.
Every design decision was made to support Trinity Habitat's mission by creating a digital experience that inspires engagement and makes taking action feel simple and meaningful.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯
Many businesses try to say everything on their homepage.
The result?
Visitors don't know where to focus.
A homepage isn't meant to explain every detail about your business.
Its purpose is to guide visitors toward the information that's most relevant to them.
A strong homepage should:
✔ Clearly explain what you do.
✔ Highlight the value you provide.
✔ Build trust quickly.
✔ Make the next step obvious.
Simple.
Focused.
Effective.
Sometimes, removing content creates a stronger website than adding more.
