Migration and modernization of multiple REDCap environments, including new Linux server provisioning, Apache/PHP/MariaDB setup, SSL, Postfix, virtual hosts, database and file migration, version-by-version REDCap upgrades, and production adjustments to keep systems stable and data safe. This work also involved server, network, and platform-level troubleshooting to ensure each environment was fully operational after migration.

I have officially completed the Frontend Architecture (The Body) for Synapse and successfully established the primary Data Bridge.
The Current Status:
The 16-column grid and kinetic UI components are now successfully pushing real-time data to the backend. This "handshake" marks the transition from a design artifact to a functional system.
What’s Next (The Momentum):
We are now moving into the Autonomous Nervous System phase. I am currently architecting the orchestration layer in n8n that will take these basic data inputs and transform them into intelligent outcomes, automating lead enrichment, complexity scoring, and CRM protocols.
The Goal: > A zero-latency environment where the website doesn't just display information, it processes it.

Ruth runs the Focal Dystonia Method – a subscription program helping musicians and performers recover from focal dystonia. She had great content and a loyal student base, but the platform she was on made everything harder than it needed to be.
We moved her entire program to Kajabi – all modules, a branded course library, automated student emails, and a clean enrollment flow. The goal was simple: make it easier for Ruth to run, and better for students to use. No disruption, no lost access, no chaos on launch day.
What I loved about this project was how much a platform switch can change the experience – not just for the business owner, but for the people going through the program. Sometimes the right tech really does make a difference.
Seems like there was a bit of manual work to it then you thought. I used Kajabi before but your the first person taking a crack at becoming an expert so far.
