A comprehensive workshop and fleet management system for a 21-bus intercity transit operator, built to scale to hundreds of vehicles. Pre-departure safety inspections run on mobile — all checklist items default to pass, the checker only flags failures. Any failed item automatically creates a workshop job card and flags that departure as NOT CLEARED — defects cannot be verbally communicated and forgotten. The inspection checklist is fully admin-configurable without any code changes. Workshop job cards track parts used, labour, mechanic assigned, and total cost with attribution by bus ownership type. Built on Next.js 14, Neon Postgres, Drizzle ORM, NextAuth v5, Vercel — $0/month running cost. Currently in active development.
