WhatsApp AI Agent with Voice & Photo Support (WhatsApp Business API + GPT-4o + n8n). Customers text, send a voice note, or send a photo — the AI understands all three, replies with a diagnosis, and flags urgent issues to the owner.
Extends the missed-call AI agent onto WhatsApp with full multimedia support. Voice notes are transcribed automatically. Photos are analyzed by AI to help assess a customer's issue on sight — for example, reading a low pressure gauge straight from a picture. Both feed into the same urgency-detection and lead-capture pipeline as the core system, so customers can describe their issue however's easiest for them: typing, talking, or sending a photo.
The AI replies with a real diagnosis in seconds, escalates urgent jobs to the business owner by text, and logs the lead automatically — no manual triage required.
Currently live for 6 agency clients.
