Generic chatbots frustrate customers. Mine don't.
I build support chatbots trained on a business's own docs, FAQs, and policies using RAG so answers are accurate, specific, and actually useful instead of scripted nonsense.
Stack: LangChain, OpenAI/Claude APIs, Pinecone/FAISS.
