Configured POS for in-store sales, multi-warehouse inventory with real-time stock visibility across all locations, purchasing workflows with supplier management, and sales order processing. The team was running everything on separate tools and spreadsheets now it's one connected system where stock, sales, purchasing and accounting all talk to each other.
