ABOUT THE PROJECT -

The client ran a pregnancy nutrition center and wanted to digitalize it: a system that could determine a woman's pregnancy trimester from user input and recommend a personalized set of vitamins and supplements, then handle payment and delivery — expanding beyond in-person visitors to any woman who wanted the same care remotely.

KEY CHALLENGE -

Build a trimester-aware nutrition platform across mobile and web:

Design a quiz that accurately determines pregnancy trimester and personalizes supplement recommendations from it.

THE PROCESS -

Treated the trimester quiz as the core product risk, not a simple form — since every downstream recommendation depended on getting it right, it got focused design and testing attention before the rest of the flow was built.

Ran structured testing against functional specs before delivery, checking every feature against what the client actually asked for rather than assuming parity.
