While working on my Rive scripting challenge submission and playing around with this absolute bomb of a feature, I can’t help but remember (and internally shudder) how painfully long and tedious particle animations used to be. The video here is from one of my older projects, back when I animated all those particles ONE. BY. ONE.

Very Impressive
Tried building a Flappy Bird-style game in Rive today.
After an hour of state machines, triggers, and transitions… all I managed to create was a ball that falls beautifully, but refuses to jump. 😅
It made me realize how powerful (and humbling) interactive motion design really is. It’s not just animation. It’s logic, systems, and precision.
Huge respect to everyone who masters Rive and builds real interactive experiences with it. It’s a different level for me.
