A small rule we now use everywhere: if you don't know, say "unknown".
Waypoint is our concept app for self-guided art walks. Every stop lists seven access details, such as step-free entrances and toilets. When nobody has checked one, the app says so instead of guessing.
It also downloads each walk when you start it, so it keeps working with no signal.
Where else should apps admit they don't know?
