We're looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Poland or Portugal who's ready to lead design end-to-end on complex, meaningful projects — often working directly with founders and product leads.

✦ What we're looking for • A design generalist who thrives in ambiguity and moves between research, interaction design and visual craft with ease • Someone who's led design end-to-end at a startup, agency or founding team • Strong visual craft — layout, typography, motion — taken all the way to production-ready quality • Experience presenting and working directly with clients • A strong portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your output (required)
