It’s easy to feel defeated when a project you’re proud of flops, but here’s my takeaway:
Creation ≠ Distribution: Great design/code doesn't matter if it doesn't hit the right audience at the right time.
Reframing "Failure": It wasn't a wasted effort—it’s now a strong asset in my portfolio.
Iterate and Pivot: If the direct pitch didn't work, show it publicly and let the work speak for itself.
