When I started design I never showed my work publicly because I was scared people would judge it for not being as good as others with years of experience over me... This is a mistake and the worst thing you can do! Don't get into your head...

@Laureana Logioia , to be honest, I started on other freelancing platforms. That helped to build up my clientele. They used to keep coming back to me because of my work. That lead to people recommending me to others. Some did not have the time to create an account on these freelancing platforms...

Build relationships, be personable, and always put your best foot forward - these are things that will always be worth doing. People don't forget how you make them feel, and you never know if your first interaction with someone will be the first of many more!
