I built a Housekeeping & Inspection Reporting web app for the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP), a Government of Punjab organization that runs resorts across the province. It replaces paper checklists with one digital system.
This video shows the staff side. Staff log in, pick an area such as Bed & Bedding or Washroom Cleaning, and mark each checklist item Pass, Fail or N/A. Each inspection is GPS-tagged and includes before and after photos and videos as proof. Staff can then track their submissions (Pending, Approved or Rejected), read the supervisor's feedback, and download a PDF report.
Key features: role-based login, GPS-tagged inspections, photo and video evidence, submission history, and automatic PDF reports.
