Meet Lama, a virtual business intelligence employee designed to do more than read numbers. She understands the context behind your business.
Every morning, Lama presents the latest business position and what needs attention. Ask about sales, margins, collections, customers, or risk. Follow up naturally while she keeps the metric, period, region, and grouping in context.
One answer can become clear text, a structured table, a visual chart, a management dashboard, or an executive report ready to share.
I designed and developed Lama as a responsive PWA for desktop, tablet, and mobile, combining contextual AI, governed business metrics, stateful conversations, dashboards, and exportable evidence.
The goal is simple: reduce routine reporting work and keep decision-makers focused on the decisions that matter.
Our goal was to make pricing, inventory and ordering data feel simple and human for an AI-powered B2B commerce platform. We'd love to hear your thoughts!
I used @Lovable to build a working booking app for my business—and the most useful part happens after someone clicks “Book.”
The goal: easier booking for clients, less scheduling work for me.
The app creates their Zoom meeting, sends their confirmation, schedules reminders, and lets them reschedule or cancel.
The client’s part? Pick a time. Enter a name and email. Done.
I built this for Mathias Media, my website and app studio in Minneapolis, as part of @Contra’s #lovablechallenge.
With Lovable, I built around how I actually work: consultations Tuesday through Thursday, a maximum of three calls a day, and buffers between appointments. The app handles those rules while keeping booking simple.
That’s what makes this Contra challenge worthwhile: a reason to turn a real business need into something useful with Lovable.
Baking the Tuesday to Thursday, three calls max rule right into the app is the smartest part of this imo. Most booking tools make you bend around them. Have clients noticed the limits or does it just quietly feel like you're in demand?
What if anyone on your team could ask your data a question and get a live dashboard back in under a minute?
That was the brief. Business users were locked out of their own data. Every question waited on someone who could write SQL, data sat across disconnected systems, and security teams refused to send sensitive records to third-party AI tools.
So we flipped the model. Instead of moving enterprise data to an AI product, we moved the AI analytics product into the customer's AWS account.
What we built:
• Natural-language querying that turns plain-English questions into governed dashboards in under 60 seconds
• Federated queries across SQL and NoSQL sources through Trino
• AI query generation on AWS Bedrock Agents, with Bedrock Guardrails keeping model output in bounds
• Dashboards generated with Apache Superset, plus proactive anomaly and trend alerts
• A white-label React widget that embeds in any product
• Role-based access, row-level security and enterprise SSO enforced at every layer
The result:
Zero data egress. The whole platform deploys inside the customer's VPC and is live on AWS Marketplace.
