The KPI row reads fast, but that floating tooltip is doing two jobs at once - onboarding hint and live UI - so it competes with the numbers directly under it. Would you keep it persistent, or have it drop away after someone's first shipment?
I’d have it drop away after the first shipment. That keeps the onboarding value without letting it compete with the KPI numbers once the user understands the flow.
