There’s a specific kind of overwhelm that doesn’t show up on your calendar.
It lives in the 47 browser tabs you have open.
The notes app full of half-finished thoughts.
The sticky note on your monitor that’s been there since January.
The mental list you’re running in the background of every meeting, every conversation, every quiet moment.
You know what needs to get done.
You’re just not sure where it all lives anymore.
That’s not a discipline problem.
That’s not a time management problem.
That’s an infrastructure problem.
Most founders are exceptional at building their business.
Building the operational system behind it is a completely different skill set—and it’s the part nobody teaches you.
So things pile up.
Priorities blur.
And you end up managing your business from memory instead of from a system.
As your vision grows, that mental load gets heavier.
It doesn’t have to work that way.
This is exactly why I build operational systems that hold the work for you.
✔️ A centralized command center
✔️ A real task management system (not scattered to-do lists)
✔️ Meeting workflows that capture decisions and follow-ups in one place
✔️ Structured dashboards that keep priorities visible and moving
Not a template you abandon in two weeks.
A system built around how you actually operate.
Because your business shouldn’t live in your head.
If you’re ready to get out of mental overload and into structured clarity—let’s talk.

I Built Untangled, an onboarding desk for small design and development studios.
The problem is not writing a follow up. It is noticing that someone stopped replying, before the client does. Studios run this on a mix of notes, a spreadsheet and memory, and the thing that slips is usually the quiet one.
Untangled turns a new client or hire into a branded kickoff kit with dated follow ups. You set a wait window per engagement, three days for a client and two for a hire by default. Every person then carries their own clock from the day their message was sent. Anyone past their window with no reply is promoted to overdue, with the arithmetic written down: sent date, window length, days past.
The desk is built around that subtraction. A board of who needs a decision today. An engagement page with the scope, the people, the window controls and an evidence log where every promotion records why it happened. A kickoff kit a client can open from a link without an account.
Built on Base44 with its database, auth and hosting. Everything labelled sample data really is sample data. A signed in studio sees only its own records.
Love the focus on solving the real problem, not just automating follow-ups. The overdue tracking and evidence log make this especially useful for studios managing multiple clients and projects. Great execution!
Hi, I’m Jason. I build software and practical AI workflows
I’m interested in the work around the work: figuring out what to build, testing it, explaining it, and getting it into someone’s hands. I’ll share examples from my own projects and things you can try in yours.
What part of that process would you like more help with?
What if one assistant could run your whole app stack?
For the Base44 Challenge, I wanted to solve a problem I run into every single week: too many apps, too much copying between them, and a to-do list that grows faster than I can clear it. So I built NexusAI, an assistant that doesn't just answer, it acts.
Ask for something in plain language and Aura, the living 3D planet that reacts as it thinks, plans the steps and runs them across the apps you've actually connected mail, calendar, notes, task boards with over 1500 apps already ready to be connected. Everything connects through real OAuth, and every call runs server-side, so no keys ever sit in the browser.
Because trust matters more than speed, anything that sends, posts or deletes stops in the Approval Center and waits for my yes. Everything it does is logged, so I can see exactly what ran, when and with which tool.
Then I made it work while I sleep: recurring automations like a morning inbox summary run on their own schedule, with a full run history, quick commands for the jobs I do daily, and usage stats plus a system status page for peace of mind.
All of it wrapped in a space-themed interface with light and dark mode, plus a live cinematic demo on the site.
Fewer tabs, fewer manual steps, more time on the work that actually matters. 🙌
