Ayesha Bookings Flow – Modern Appointment Scheduling
What I Built
A sleek, full-featured appointment booking web app for beauty salons and service-based businesses. It streamlines service selection, calendar scheduling, and instant booking confirmation into a smooth 3-step flow.
Why I Built It
Small service providers often lose clients due to complex or outdated booking tools. I built this to deliver a modern, high-converting digital storefront that makes booking effortless for clients and management stress-free for owners.
Key Features
Interactive Service Catalog: Clear pricing, service durations, and visual preview.
Smart Calendar Scheduling: Easy date and time slot selection without friction.
Mobile-First Design: Fully responsive, polished UI built rapidly using Lovable.

Re-posting my Copen Salon concept I built for the #LovableChallenge with a bit more context. Drawing on my experience with salon software design, I wanted to solve for the messy operational realities behind real-life booking: repeat clients, provider preferences, simultaneous calls, cancellations, multi-service appointments, and group bookings with different timing needs - most happening at the same time! 🔥
The goal was to reduce that coordination overhead, not just create a prettier calendar. This wouldn’t've been a dream when I first worked in this space few short years ago, but @Lovable made it possible in just 3 days 😉
I built Copen Salon: an AI-assisted front-desk booking experience for a busy beauty salon. I focused on two (2) high-friction front-desk problems: missed or...
The fact that you built this in three days highlights how dramatically the barrier to entry for complex workflow tools has dropped. Solving simultaneous call and cancellation conflicts is a huge operational lift to automate, especially for small salon teams.

I built an end-to-end AI-powered booking and customer experience system for a barber shop using n8n, AI Voice Agents, Google Calendar, CRM, WhatsApp/SMS, and a real-time dashboard.

The business was losing opportunities through missed calls, manual scheduling, booking conflicts, slow follow-ups, and repetitive administrative work.

The AI Voice Agent handles customer calls, understands booking requests, checks live barber availability, and schedules appointments automatically. n8n manages the complete workflow, updates CRM records, sends confirmations and reminders, and keeps customer data synchronized across systems.

The automation helps reduce missed booking opportunities, prevent double-bookings, lower administrative workload, improve response times, and create a smoother customer experience.

The owner gains real-time visibility into appointments, staff availability, customer activity, and revenue, while staff can focus more on serving customers instead of managing bookings manually.

Handling barber availability in real time is the tricky part of these builds. Having the voice agent check live schedules before committing a booking prevents the double booking headaches that usually plague manual systems.
