Dear InVideo and Contra Challenge Organizers,

I want to raise a serious concern about the InVideo Editor Challenge.

The official guidelines promise participants free access to the Max plan after verification. I submitted my request, contacted InVideo support, and still have neither access nor a response.

The deadline is tomorrow, October 12.

I have already invested considerable time and creative effort into preparing my project. However, I cannot complete the required work without the promised tools.

Is it really reasonable to expect participants to pay for a subscription out of their own pockets just to compete in a challenge advertised with free access?

This creates an unfair situation for participants who followed the rules and waited for the promised access.

I would appreciate a clear explanation from the organizers and an immediate solution.
