Resolved a critical MerchantWarrior payment gateway integration failure affecting online transactions and subscriptions. Built a custom multi step insurance assessment tool using Gravity Forms with deep PHP customization, dynamic conditional logic based on age and income, senior specific calculations, and a bespoke guided UI. Managed deployments through Git based workflows following WP VIP coding standards, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable releases.

Not every project is as easy as it looks.
About a month ago, I got hired through Upwork by Jack, the owner of Alderwood Estate Agents in the UK, to redesign their website from top to bottom.
At first, I thought it would mainly be a website redesign. Then we started adding more features and I realized this was going to be one of the most challenging projects I've worked on.
The biggest challenge was connecting the website with Street CRM so every property would automatically appear on the website with the correct information. Properties for sale, to let, and sold. All had to stay synced with the CRM without any manual work.
The website was built with WordPress and Elementor using a premium template. That meant I had to customize a lot of the template while making sure I didn't break anything else. Honestly, every time I fixed one thing, something else stopped working. 😅
There were many days where I was just searching, testing and trying different solutions until everything finally worked the way we wanted.
One thing I'm really thankful for is Jack. He was patient, professional and trusted me throughout the whole process. Working with clients like him makes difficult projects much easier.
The project took almost a month to complete, but I learned so much from it. Looking back, I'm really proud of what we built together.

It’s a beautiful city in Georgia, filled with amazing things to do, local experiences, and so much character. I genuinely loved working on this one and creating a website that feels calm, editorial, and true to the city's experience.
Clean simple design and good placements for the buttons, nice work.
I spend most of my week building AI products. Agents, pipelines, evals. I genuinely love this stuff.
But the project I keep coming back to has almost nothing to do with any of it.
For four years, I've been the design partner for Bicycle Health, the largest provider of virtual opioid use disorder treatment in the US. More than 40,000 people have come through their digital doors. For most patients, the website is the first point of contact. They arrive in one of the hardest moments of their lives, often carrying shame, often after a healthcare system that judged them. They're deciding whether they can trust anyone with the most vulnerable part of themselves.
The design work there isn't clever. It's warm instead of clinical. Plain language instead of medical jargon. Certified accessible, because someone in crisis might be on an old phone with shaking hands. Nothing is pushing anyone faster than they're ready to go. If the site feels cold or complicated, they close the tab, and closing the tab can cost someone their shot at recovery.
We talk a lot about what AI will let us build next. We talk much less about the people who aren't having a great time right now, and what design can do for them today.
