Is ART really limited by its Boundaries?
A Silhouette of a young man before an Open window, facing right was created before 1860.. by Williams Henry an American artist of the 19th Century.
The original piece, which is currently in The Metropolitan Museum of Art (Object Number: 1984.1101.2), is made of cut paper against a lithographic background.
In my version, the silhouette breaks the fourth wall — shattering Part of its own frame to reach for the physical gallery lamp and spilling its shadow out onto the real-world museum floor. View here👉🏽https://on.contra.com/9CD6LN
