Here's something worth checking if you run a service business: Go to Google Maps. Search your own business name. Look at the photos that come up. Because your prospects are looking at them. And if the only images are blurry, auto-generated street view shots from 2019 - that's their first impression of your business. Upload 5–10 real photos. Your team. Your van. A finished job. Even your office. Takes 15 minutes. But it's the difference between "this looks legit" and "I'll call the next one on the list."

The best part of building something you never done, is all the learning you get to do. As I'm building a physical business on the edge of a forest, the most logical step is to add my business to Google maps. Feels very different from building things online.
