Elite Concept Homes needed a site that made finding and applying for a rental home simple and welcoming, built around the message "Affordable comfort you can call HOME." I took the approved figma design and built out the entire site in WordPress using Elementor.

What I did: I developed the full site, including the homepage with a hero section, property highlights, a resident count stat, and a mission section explaining what the company offers. I built out a "How It Works" section breaking the rental process into six simple steps, from browsing properties all the way to move in and ongoing support, so visitors know exactly what to expect before they apply.

For the property listings, I built a custom solution connected to Rentec Direct, so available properties pull in automatically instead of needing to be added and updated by hand every time a listing changes. I also built a testimonials section for resident reviews, a "Why Choose Us" section highlighting pricing, community, and support, a working contact form with an embedded map showing the property location, an FAQ accordion for common leasing questions, and the footer and site wide navigation tying everything together.
