Betty Ivey brought years of work with school districts and state departments into Ask Ms. Ivey. Parent education required a different buying path.
Her site described broad support categories, but the parent offers themselves had not yet been productized. A parent had no clear way to choose, buy, and reliably receive one.
We started by designing the offers.
The Get Started Conversation gives a parent with one pressing question a focused first step. The Clarity Session goes deeper. Compass Sessions connects three private meetings around a larger education decision. No More Guessing turns Betty's research into a ten-session parent-education series.
Once those offers existed, every sale created a delivery promise. Checkout alone could not keep it.
A scored quiz helps a parent understand where they are and choose a useful next step. The owned site presents the offers and pricing. Stripe handles payment. Private scheduling protects Betty's calendar.
When someone buys the series, the system sends a Betty-branded welcome, grants access to all ten Google Calendar sessions, and opens the private resource home. It checks Stripe, Resend, Google Calendar, and Google Drive together every 15 minutes. A failed handoff surfaces as a privacy-safe alert. A daily health receipt confirms when the full chain is clean.
The Parent Plan Builder remains staged behind a separate safety gate. It drafts from Betty's vetted research and the facts a parent supplies. When the source material cannot support an answer, the gap stays visible for Betty to resolve.
The finished engagement is the Ask Ms. Ivey Parent-Education Revenue and Fulfillment System.
