Building a cheaper, more predictable AI pipeline
I built Job Radar to collect vacancies from DOU and Djinni, evaluate their relevance, save the results to Google Sheets, and send a Telegram digest.
The first version called OpenAI for every matching vacancy. It worked—but duplicate links, irrelevant roles, and repeated runs were consuming tokens without adding value.
I added a deterministic layer before the model:
• hard filters for obvious non-fits
• local pre-scoring
• URL normalization and deduplication
• cached model responses
• retries only for technical failures
The result is a smaller and more reliable AI boundary: fewer unnecessary calls, more predictable costs, and easier debugging.

Instead of staring at a blank page, users simply enter their project details, client requirements, budget, and timeline. Perpoza then generates a professional proposal that can be edited, saved, and reused for future opportunities.
This prototype focuses on creating a simple, intuitive workflow that reduces the time spent writing proposals while helping users present themselves more professionally.
I designed every screen in Flowstep, from project creation and proposal generation to editing, previewing, and exporting, with a consistent design system and a user-friendly experience.
Perpoza isn't just about generating text—it's about helping talented people communicate their value with confidence and spend more time doing the work they love.
