New Me Health: Custom Kajabi Website for a Physician-Led Lifestyle Medicine Clinic
Project description
New Me Health is a physician-led lifestyle medicine clinic in San Antonio, TX. It helps patients with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and other metabolic conditions get to the root cause.
Dr. had the results: real patient stories, lab improvements and a clear method. He needed a website that made people believe them and book a visit.
What I built (all on Kajabi):
A fully custom homepage, designed to build trust from the first scroll
An animated stats bar that puts the clinic’s outcomes up front
Flip-card testimonials and a patient-transformation section
An infinite review marquee for Google reviews
A YouTube playlist video hero that rotates through patient stories
Product pages for the masterclass, the online course, the book and the 6-month program
Two native Kajabi funnels guiding visitors from free content to physician-guided care
The strategy behind it
I mapped the business to a six-stage customer journey, from discovery to the high-ticket program. Every section of the page moves a visitor one step forward: Learn → Trust → Choose a path → Book.
The result
One Kajabi site handles the clinic’s content, courses, book and consultations, with real patient proof at the center.

It’s a mix of both, really 😊 I get opportunities through inbound enquiries, and I also reach out to businesses where I see opportunities to improve their websites and sales funnels.

Three weeks into building the Pasted website, after the design was approved, an 11-page document arrived with a whole new vision.
It was beautiful work, and it described a different project at the agreed price.
I asked them to decide: keep the approved scope, or pause and price the new idea separately. On day six, they chose the original. We shipped two weeks later.
Offering to price the new vision as its own phase also lets the client see what the idea costs without it feeling like a no. Was a change-order process already written into your contract, or did you build that path on the spot?

We touched on profiles to add more entry points to a conversation, based off the users life experiences.

love the health performance app...💡
We designed Health Performance, an app for a nutritionist and his personal clients. He wanted it simple and basic, built only for the people he works with. The app is invite only, so he tracks data just for his clients and uses it to help them build a healthier lifestyle. Meals, measurements, training, blood tests and body scans all live in one place, and every consultation starts with the full picture.
Things i'd change if we'd make this public, is work on smaller interactions to make app likeable and fun to use + make the interface a little less generic:)

Love this! The invite-only approach is so smart - keeps it exclusive and focused. The dark UI with that green accent looks super clean and modern for a health app. Great execution! 👏
