Good UI motion answers three questions:
Where should I look?
What changed?
What happens next?
That’s the checklist I use when thinking through a SaaS explainer.
A transition can connect two steps.
A highlight can direct attention.
A short pause can give someone time to understand the result.
When all three happen at once, the viewer has to work harder.
Before adding another animation, I ask: does this help someone follow the product?

I am gathering cool references for my own work as a Motion Designer, and this one caught my eye today.
I love the way that this one mixes typography, video, photos, and shapes. It does a great job with the mixed media style, and the transitions flow super nicely. The VO and sound design are also great; it guides you through the video and keeps you focused on it.
