Job Description
The Opportunity: We are a leading real estate architectural firm looking for a dedicated video editing partner (freelancer or agency) to produce 50+ high-quality, short-form reels per month.
We handle the heavy lifting of 3D production. We will provide all rendered floor plans, marketing collateral, and CGI walkthroughs. Your role is to take these raw assets and transform them into viral-ready, cinematic informative reels that highlight detail layouts, project walkthroughs, and luxury amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post-Production: Edit raw CGI walkthroughs into fast-paced, engaging reels (15-60 seconds).
• Motion Graphics: Overlay detailed layouts and floor plans using dynamic transitions.
• Cinematic Effects: Apply high-end color grading, sound design, and text animations to highlight project USPs.
• Consistency: Maintain a steady output of ~12-15 videos per week.
What We Provide:
• Professional CGI walkthrough renders.
• High-resolution 2D/3D rendered plans.
• All necessary brand guidelines and marketing collateral.
Candidate Requirements:
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A strong eye for architectural aesthetics and luxury branding.
• Proven experience in real estate video marketing.
• Ability to scale and meet a consistent 50-video monthly quota.
