A few days ago, I shared some of my mobile design work with you all here ā and I'm excited to say that design has turned into a real app: the first version of Glean is now live on the App Store! š
Glean turns your iPhone into a private document scanner: capture anything, get a crisp, searchable PDF, and keep it exactly where you want it.
What sets it apart is privacy by design. Scanning and text recognition happen entirely on your device ā no servers ever see your documents, no analytics, no tracking. Your scans stay on your iPhone, and sync to your own Google Drive only if you choose.

I designed and built Glean end to end ā product, UI/UX, and engineering ā under my studio, TechFoundry. Built with React Native (Expo) and native iOS scanning + on-device text recognition.

Hey! I just shared a write-up on something I learned while rebuilding a product with AI agents:)
The main idea is pretty simple:
Donāt put all your product context in one giant agent file.
Keep the main file small, and put the real product knowledge inside structured docs that the AI can navigate when it needs them.
This has helped me a lot when working on a SaaS product with a lot of business logic!

The table-of-contents-in-the-main-file pattern is the key move here - it keeps the agent's default context small while still giving it a map to go fetch the architecture or naming-convention doc only when the task actually touches that domain.
