Unilever Food Solutions needed a consistent motion language to unify video content across platforms while preserving authentic kitchen environments. What started as a 48 hour brief evolved into a 3 month creative collaboration. I defined the motion language and executed the project end to end editing, color grading, sound mixing anchored by a one-minute master film and five recipe-specific shorts. The visual language was built around a balance of cinematic energy and grounded realism, reflecting the professional kitchen environment without over-stylizing it. Camera movement, pacing, and framing were carefully controlled to enhance appetite appeal while keeping the focus on the food and the cooking process. This ensured a visually engaging experience that still felt true to the brand. The narrative was structured to work seamlessly across both long-form and short-form formats, maintaining clarity while adapting to social-first viewing habits. Each sequence was designed to highlight real kitchen moments, allowing the storytelling to feel authentic rather than staged. This approach ensured that the core message remained intact, even when translated into shorter cutdowns for digital platforms. Color decisions were guided by Unilever Food Solutions brand palette, ensuring consistency across all deliverables while allowing enough flexibility for different recipes and environments. Contrast and saturation were adjusted to support clarity on small screens without compromising the overall brand feel. This approach helped reinforce brand recognition across platforms.
