Mesa Llena — Websites and WhatsApp Automation for Restaurants
Mesa Llena is a productized service that builds conversion-focused websites and automated WhatsApp systems for restaurants across Argentina. It helps restaurant owners get more reservations and orders 24/7, even when the staff is offline.
I designed and developed the full solution: the website, the reservation flow, and the WhatsApp automation that sends menus, answers common questions, and handles bookings automatically.
The goal is to turn WhatsApp from a manual chat into a scalable reservations engine, so restaurants can grow without hiring extra front-desk staff.

1MinuteMortgage — Realtor CRM & AI Voice Agent
Built a production realtor CRM for licensed mortgage professionals, cross-platform mobile app (React Native/Expo), Next.js admin console, and shared Supabase backend with 10+ Edge Functions. Realtors capture leads with a bilingual 1-minute questionnaire, manage pipeline statuses, and send personalized SMS links via Twilio.
Admins review leads, export data, and track KPIs from the web dashboard. Also built Sarah, an AI voice qualification agent (Vapi + GPT-4o + ElevenLabs) that makes outbound calls with a deterministic state-machine flow. Shipped to Apple App Store and Google Play.
The journey started with pen and paper. I used the same kind of notebook that I use to keep a diary. I had only heard of REST APIs. A little. Like what they were... And slowly, over the next 6 months, I picked up the structural understanding and shipped a consumer intelligence platform.
I am now building an MCP wrapper for Signalwatch. The right internship even pays $20 - $30 per hour. Previously, the highest I earned per hour was $2.2.
It was not earning more dollars that got me on this path. It was a clique that probably played a prank and told me that a person from wher I come from should not handle queries from certain big clients. long story..., and a positive outcome.
It is a lifetime journey now.
