Goal: The client aimed to modernize their legacy CRM system to improve UX and introduce AI-driven features for enhanced operational efficiency.
Challenge: The main challenge was to refactor the legacy frontend (30-40% of the scope) into a new, performant design while seamlessly integrating complex new functionality.
Solution: As the Frontend Developer, I led the modernization process:
Design Modernization: Refactored 30-40% of the legacy frontend, transitioning the platform to a modern, responsive UI/UX architecture.
New Feature Development: Engineered new high-value features and pages, enhancing user interaction and data flow.
AI Implementation: Integrated AI modules directly into the CRM workflow to automate client data processing and predictive analytics.
Result: The client successfully launched a modernized CRM that provides a faster, AI-enabled user experience, significantly reducing manual workload and improving long-term platform scalability.
