FreshRoute is a concept grocery delivery app designed for working-class families in Lagos, Nigeria. The project began with a real client brief Amaka, founder of a small delivery service in Surulere, whose customers had zero visibility into their orders after placing them.
They called her team up to 10 times a day just to ask "is my order coming?" The anxiety was not about slow delivery. It was about silence.
I designed a complete end-to-end mobile experience across 11 screens from splash screen and phone OTP login to product browsing, cart, payment, order tracking, and order history. Every screen was built through a deliberate process:
user research, information architecture, wireframing, and visual design in that order, without skipping steps.
