It’s all built right inside Framer with drag-and-drop React components. All the quizzes and calculators are made from fully customizable inputs, so you can just drag and drop them into your forms.

This closes a real gap in the Framer stack. Quote builders and lead quizzes with conditional logic are some of the most-requested features on client projects — previously you'd either need a third-party embed or custom code, which adds friction and breaks the design parity....
That’s exactly what we were thinking. We’d been getting this request for ages, and we finally decided to take the leap and build an add-on to our existing inputs for Framerforms. We had tried using logic before. Framerforms already has logic built in, so yes, you can use logic as well.
