When I hand over a verification tool, I'm as clear about what it doesn't do as what it does.
It checks tax ID, registration, status, address, director, and bank details against official sources. That covers the mistakes that actually cost this company contracts.
It does not confirm the bank account is live and funded. It does not check for bankruptcy proceedings. It does not verify industry licenses. Those need different sources, some of them paid or manual, and pretending one button covers them would be worse than useless — it would give a false sense of safety.
A green light means "these specific things checked out." Not "this company is safe to trust with anything." The honesty is the feature. A tool people over-trust is more dangerous than no tool at all.
