Character Design Blueprint Guide - Transform a simple character concept into a fully developed design system, including visual style, personality, and practical implementation details.
Instead of creating isolated prompts, I focused on building a complete character design system. From a single image, this workflow generates:
a) Character Sheet - Shows the character from multiple angles (front, side, back)
b) Character Expression Sheet - different facial emotions
c) Character Action Pose - character performing key movements like running, jumping, or attacking
d) Silhouette Exploration Sheet - simple black shapes to test readability and uniqueness
e) Lighting Reference Sheet - character under different lighting conditions (front, side, back, top).
f) Material & Texture Reference Sheet - Displays close-up details of surfaces like fabric, metal, or skin.
The idea was simple: turn one character concept into a consistent, structured workflow. No more recreating characters, inconsistent outputs, or scattered processes.

What the technique does:
