Nobody churns because a dashboard is ugly, they churn because they can't tell whether anything is happening.
Optery was quietly pulling users' data off hundreds of broker sites and almost none of that work was visible to the person paying for it, so the biggest win in this redesign wasn't a new screen; it was making invisible work visible. Free-to-paid hit 30%

Making the invisible work visible is such a sharp way to frame it, that 30% lift proves people will pay once they can actually see the value happening in the background. How did you decide which data points were worth surfacing without overwhelming someone who just wants reassurance?
🔥 Building a Website for a Food Business — Work in Progress
Currently working on a custom website for a food business 🍔🍕🔥
This project is all about creating a website that doesn't just show food — it makes people want to order it.
I’m going for a bold, premium and slightly vintage-inspired visual direction, with a dark atmosphere, warm food-focused visuals, and strong orange/gold accents to match the brand.
🚧 What I’m building:
🎨 Custom UI/UX
Designing the entire experience from scratch instead of using a generic restaurant template.
🍔 Interactive Menu
Organizing the complete food menu into categories with food images, descriptions, prices and Veg/Non-Veg options.
🛒 Online Ordering System
Customers will be able to browse the menu, add multiple items to their cart, adjust quantities and see their total before ordering.
💬 WhatsApp Ordering
The checkout flow will collect the customer's important details and generate the complete order information so it can be sent directly to the restaurant owner's WhatsApp.
📱 Fully Responsive Design
Making sure the website works smoothly across desktop, tablet and mobile — because most food orders happen on phones.
⚡ Animations & Interactions
Adding smooth transitions, hover effects, scroll animations, menu interactions and other small details to make the website feel more alive.
📍 Location & Contact
Adding dedicated sections for the restaurant's location, contact information, opening hours and directions.
⭐ Testimonials
Creating a section that builds trust and gives customers a reason to choose the business.
🎯 The goal
Not just another restaurant website.
The goal is to create a complete digital storefront for the food business — something that represents the brand, showcases the food beautifully and makes the path from “That looks delicious” → “I want to order this” as simple as possible.
