An AI Agent Is More Than a Chatbot
A useful business agent needs more than a chat window. It needs a system around it:

→ Context and memory for the current workflow
→ Permissioned access to the tools it must use
→ Clear rules for what it can do automatically
→ Human approval when judgment or risk is involved
→ Logs that make every action reviewable
That architecture is what turns a demo into something a business can actually use.
I design agents around the existing workflow first, then connect the website, Google tools, databases or internal systems that the agent needs. The interface is only the visible part. The real value is the operational structure behind it.
