can i be honest? i’m frustrated with myself 😭 i do such a terrible job of sharing WHILE i’m working
it truly feels so overwhelming to do with my neurospicy brain 💆🏾♀️ but i really, really want to show my evolution from re-tired soloprenuer turned employee turned now entrepreneur
this journey is SO complex, fun yet terrifying. people often say such encouraging words to be about how i “inspire” them & i’m just like ???? man listen 🤣😂 how?
anyways, ive wanted to share some professional updates over the past few months but have battled on should it be a written post? no, a video? wait maybe a carousel! 🤔
so right now i am breaking the ice for MYSELF by just writing this post & pressing send. i will follow up this week to re-start being more visible as i build. so talk soon linkedin pals 💕🤞🏾
I've been there. I used to wonder if the people always posting were even taking on projects 😅. Congrats on sending it anyway, and don't stop. The messy in-between is actually the most interesting part to follow.

Which honestly feels like one of the key turning points for my visibility here.
Looking at the patterns, I’m starting to strongly believe that:

🏝️ Life update (slightly chaotic edition):
I recently left Czech Republic for a few months and moved to Phuket, Tailand
Between:
— relocating
— renting out my apartment
— flights
— personal errands
— and still adjusting to jetlag
I was a bit less consistent with posting updates.
But I’m slowly getting back into rhythm and I promise I’ll continue sharing the journey more actively again very soon.

Project:
A promo reel for a real client. A LinkedIn brand consultant who helps serious professionals show up online without the noise.
The Human by Design moment:
I built the loud version first. Big text, fast cuts, hype music. Exactly what a LinkedIn promo is expected to look like. It was competent work. Then I watched it back and deleted it.
Not because it was badly made. Because it was wrong for her. Her clients come to her to get away from that noise. A loud promo would have contradicted the thing she's known for.
AI could generate something polished. It couldn't know that polished was the wrong call for this particular client. I knew, because I built her website and I know her brand.
The decision that carries it:
Her brand has exactly one accent color. So in a 28-second reel, that color appears once, on a single word. Everything else stays calm. AI would have spread it everywhere for "visual interest." Using it once was the whole point.

Stock video, music, fonts, and AI-generated textures. All from Envato. Four asset categories in one deliverable.
Real client:
Not a spec project. She's an active consultant, I built her website, and she reviewed and approved this reel.
