Recently completed a premium real-estate website project focused on modern design, property presentation, responsive UI, and lead generation.
Due to client confidentiality, I’m unable to officially share the actual client website publicly.
However, I can share a sample website I created for the client before accepting the project to demonstrate the design direction and development quality:
Key areas demonstrated:
Premium real-estate UI
Responsive design
Property presentation
Location visualization
Interactive sections
Lead-generation focused design
Tech: React · JavaScript · HTML · CSS
I’m currently available for freelance website projects. If you're interested in working together, I can share relevant work and discuss your requirements before accepting the project.

What makes someone stop scrolling and imagine themselves living in a property?
That's something I kept in mind while working on this luxury real estate website concept.
I wanted the design to feel premium without making the experience complicated. The focus was on strong visuals, clean layouts, and a clear structure that lets the properties speak for themselves.
I also paid attention to how visitors move through the website, from their first impression to exploring the properties and taking the next step.
Because when someone is looking for a home, the experience matters just as much as the presentation.
I couldn't fit every screen into this post, so I'll share more of the design in the comments. 👇
I'm curious: when you visit a real estate website, what makes you want to explore further?

Market Day — the 15-second ad every seller deserves
Small sellers pour everything into what they make, and then get two seconds of someone's scroll to show it.
Market Day is for that moment. A seller ties off a parcel, the stall lights flicker on, and they hold out a wooden tray toward you. Your product lands on it, a little kraft label hops up to say what it is, and your headline settles onto a frosted-glass card.
I built it as one SVGator template and dropped in three businesses to prove it bends without breaking:
🍕 Forno Lucia, a wood-fired pizza café
🕯️ Ember & Oak, a candle maker
☕ Clay & Co, a ceramics studio
Same animation every time. To make it yours, swap 5 lines of text, 2 images and 1 colour. Every layer is named, the motion lives on wrapper groups, and no keyframe needs touching. About five minutes.
All artwork was made for this template, the brands are fictional and the fonts are open source, so it's free to give away.
If you sell by hand, this one's for you. Which stall should I set up next? 👇
