Exciting personal update š
I've finally set up two retainer services on my profile - something I've been meaning to do for a while now.
WordPress & Elementor Pro - Monthly Support RetainerĀ For clients who need ongoing development support after a project wraps up. Bug fixes, content updates, new pages, plugin work, flexible and scoped around what they actually need each month.
UI & Website Design - Monthly Design RetainerĀ For clients who want consistent Figma design support without kicking off a full project every time. Screen designs, page redesigns, component work, again, fully flexible.
Honestly setting these up made me realise how much ongoing work was just falling through the cracks after projects ended. A retainer structure just makes everything cleaner for both sides.
Would love to hear from those of you who already offer retainers, how did you structure yours when you were starting out? Hourly blocks, task-based, something else entirely?

The first hours belong to me is something I HIGHLY relate too. My early morning times set me metnally right in order to show up and be my best self with my work and clients for the rest of the day.

Can we please make it possible to send a simple link to clients where they can directly leave a review or testimonial.
This would make collecting feedback much more seamless and help us showcase client experiences more easily.
Right now, gathering reviews feels so hard, when the clients can't find the email and I am not sure if they were even sent.
