Framer just added something that could be really useful for business websites.
Framer recently introduced Firewall.
It lets you create rules that can:
→ Block visitors from specific countries
→ Redirect visitors based on their location
→ Restrict access to specific pages
→ Send visitors to a specific localized version of a site
For example, imagine a business has different websites or landing pages for different markets.
Instead of relying entirely on the visitor to find the right version, you can create rules that help route them automatically.
What I find interesting is that this moves Framer beyond simply being a website-building tool.
Features like this start solving real website infrastructure and business requirements.
As a web designer, that's the part I pay attention to.
The more control a platform gives you after the design is finished, the more useful it becomes for real-world client projects.
Framer Firewall is currently available with the Advanced Hosting add-on and on Enterprise plans.
In recent days I’ve been practicing designing around an image.
Sometimes an image can have great potential and reinforce the message we want to convey. I’m not saying this is the correct way to prepare a strategy, it’s simply an exercise. As a result, I created these three hero section designs, which I’ve published in the Figma community where they can be freely used for experimentation.
If you use them, I’d love to see the outcome, so make sure to tag me!
