AI Airbnb Chatbot for Property Inquiry Automation & Guest Support
Designed and deployed a custom AI chatbot automation system for Airbnb hosts to streamline guest communication, automate booking inquiries, and improve customer support response times.
The client managed multiple short-term rental properties and struggled with handling repetitive guest questions, delayed responses, and manual check-in coordination. Their goal was to implement an AI-powered customer support assistant capable of managing inquiries 24/7 while delivering a seamless guest experience.
Using ManyChat, OpenAI integration, Zapier automation, and Google Sheets as a lightweight property database, I developed a conversational AI chatbot that automatically responded to property inquiries, shared booking information, answered frequently asked questions, and delivered personalized check-in instructions.
The AI assistant was trained to handle common guest interactions including:
Property availability requests
Booking information
Pricing inquiries
Check-in and check-out instructions
WiFi and property access details
House rules and amenities
Guest support automation
Zapier workflows were used to automate data synchronization between platforms, while Google Sheets stored dynamic property information that the chatbot could retrieve in real time. OpenAI API integration enabled natural conversational responses and improved the overall guest interaction experience.

PROCESS STEPS
The project began with the challenge theme: create something that should exist, but doesn’t.
The core concept became The Painter of Cities: an impossible gilded automaton that paints a living city onto a monumental black wall.
Melius was used to generate sequential image keyframes for the story: the city being painted, the female droid appearing inside the wall, their near-touch, and her return to the painted surface.
The prompts were refined through several iterations to preserve visual continuity across the male droid, female droid, city wall, studio, palette, and old-master oil-paint aesthetic.
Short silent video scenes were generated from the keyframes, then adjusted to control pacing, motion, transitions, and emotional tone.
The video scenes were stitched into a final silent film. An original instrumental music cue was generated to match the final timing and emotional arc of the film.
FEEDBACK ON USING MELIUS
Melius worked best as a visual production canvas rather than a one-shot generator. The node-based workflow made it possible to build the project step by step: image keyframes, video scenes, stitching, music, and final assets.The strongest part was being able to iterate visually and preserve the creative process inside the canvas.The hardest part was controlling motion continuity between generated video clips. Some transitions and character movements required very precise prompting, especially when preserving the same droid designs and painterly world across multiple nodes.

As an E-commerce specialist, I often see retail brands struggling to create high-end, "Retail Ready" lifestyle imagery for national buyers quickly. I built this Melius workflow to solve that. It’s an automated canvas that takes raw product images, processes them through specialized AI agents with tailored prompts, and outputs publication-grade B2B lookbook assets in minutes instead of weeks.
My Process Steps:
Input Node: Uploaded base product layouts (e.g., sustainable retail packaging).
Melius Agent Prompting: Configured a creative agent to analyze the asset and apply a high-end, editorial lifestyle background with strict whitespace rules.
Refinement Node: Passed the generated output through an upscaling and color-grading node to match national retail compliance and premium aesthetics.
Feedback on Melius:
Melius completely turns the thrash of traditional prompt-and-pray AI workflows into a structured visual canvas. Being able to see the node-by-node execution allowed me to tweak specific parameters instantly without losing the design direction. The speed at which it generates production-ready imagery is a game-changer for digital marketers and agency owners!

Built a lead qualification and CRM workflow that captures inquiries, filters serious prospects, and helps the team follow up faster.
❌ Before Automation
→Leads were coming in, but the process was not clean.
→New inquiries had to be checked manually.
