As the Year of the Snake wraps up, I’ve been thinking about what needed to be shed in my business.
Here are 5 things I'm done with this year:
🐍 1. Undervaluing My Time. No more opening my laptop without clear terms. 🐍 2. Undervaluing My Skills. No more doubting my expertise and second guessing my decisions.
🐍 3. Underestimating My Voice. Diluting and softening my perspectives to avoid judgement. Byyyyeeeeee 🐍 4. Sacrificing My Health for Hustle Culture. Ugh this one has gone on for way too long. My health routine comes before business, no exceptions.
🐍 5. Who I Work With Matters. No more saying yes just because an opportunity looks good on paper but has a million red flags 🚩.
Curious what you're refining your business right now as we shed this year of the snake...

Number four is pretty high on my list. I'm currently looping through fatigue and burn out.

Agreed! Healthy habits like meditation and daily breaks to stretch my legs are the first things to go when I get busy. NOT ANY MORE! Making these and others healthy habits a priority!
