First We Plan is a free mortgage and household affordability planner I designed and built. It calculates deposit, monthly payments, total interest and loan-to-value, then walks through a full breakdown of essential and optional expenses, so people see what they can realistically afford, not just what a lender might offer. It also produces a downloadable PDF summary.
Everything runs in the browser with no account or sign-up needed, and I also packaged it as a WordPress plugin so it can be embedded on any WordPress site.

That was the idea behind this project for Oun, an AI-powered platform built to help real estate agents and brokerages handle compliance, contracts, deadlines, and transaction coordination more efficiently.
I designed and developed the website in Webflow with a strong focus on making the product easy to understand, visually credible, and conversion-focused. From the product sections and SkySlope integration to the responsive layout and demo flow, every part of the experience was built to guide visitors from curiosity to action.
The final result is a clean, modern SaaS website that explains a complex product in a simple way and gives Oun a stronger digital presence.
