HiredSupport is a B2B SaaS platform connecting companies with outsourced customer support teams — covering live chat, email, ticketing, and voice support for e-commerce and SaaS businesses. The platform unifies team management, ticket workflows, performance analytics, and client operations into one structured product environment.
I led end-to-end product design for HiredSupport across web and mobile — designing the customer support workflow systems, agent dashboards, ticket management interfaces, client portals, and admin operations. Built a complete visual design system with multi-role views for agents, team leads, and clients, plus real-time data visualization for performance tracking and SLA monitoring.
Focused on simplifying complex support operations into clean, decision-ready product surfaces — clear ticket queues, intuitive agent workflows, and seamless transitions between conversations, customer data, and reporting. Designed for support teams handling high-volume operations across multiple client accounts and channels.
