Bookkeeping: From Backlog to Audit-Ready A retail SME came to us 14 months behind on its books, with hundreds of unrecorded and miscategorized transactions and no reliable view of cash. I built a booking website for Khalid's Barbershop — a family-run grooming
studio in Gulberg III, Lahore, with three generations of craftsmanship
since 1998.
Before: walk-ins only, no way to reserve a chair or a specific barber, all coordination happened in person or over the phone
After: I created a guided booking flow where customers can pick their
barber, choose a service (haircut, beard sculpt, royal shave), see live
pricing, and book instantly from their phone.
The automation instantly sends the booking to the owner via WhatsApp and email, and confirms the appointment automatically for the customer — no more missed walk-ins.
This isn't just a website. It's a real booking system built to save time
for both the customer and the barbershop.
