The problem: I was spending 20-30 mins every morning manually sorting emails, deciding what needs action, and creating tasks.
The solution: This agent runs every day at 9am, reads my Gmail inbox, and handles everything automatically.
What it does:
Classifies every email by type: Action Required, Meeting Request, Invoice/Payment, Follow-up, FYI
Sets priority automatically: High, Medium, Low based on urgency and deadlines
Creates a structured row in a Notion Inbox Tasks database — filling Task, Type, Priority, Status, From, Subject, Summary, Due Date, and Source
Detects deadlines inside email text and fills Due Date automatically
Creates Google Calendar events for Meeting Request emails
