An AI assistant that turns a seller's own documents into an instant, cited Q&A system.
Solo/small e-commerce sellers juggle supplier contracts, return policies, and platform TOS docs they rarely have time to actually re-read. SellerDocs AI lets them upload those documents and just ask — "what's my return window?", "does my supplier's contract match my Etsy policy?" — and get an answer sourced directly from their own paperwork, with the source cited.
I designed and built the entire system: the retrieval pipeline (chunking, embedding, vector search), a multi-knowledge-base architecture so sellers can organize by topic, conversational memory for natural follow-ups, and a self-built evaluation tool to actually measure whether retrieval quality holds up — not just "does it look right."
Shipped with CSRF protection, rate limiting, and Docker packaging for reproducible deployment.
