The Habits that Make a Difference 🌟
Sometimes, the smallest changes can have the biggest impact. For me, taking a 10-minute walk before starting work has been a game-changer. It helps clear my mind and sets the tone for a more focused and creative day.
I’ve also started spending 15 minutes at the end of the day reflecting on what went well and what I’m excited to work on next. It’s a simple way to stay organized and appreciate daily progress.
